Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in improving the customer support experience and driving retention by developing and executing product strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with our Customer Support Team to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and measure success.
  • Develop and execute product strategies to improve the customer support experience and drive retention
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to identify pain points, prioritize initiatives, and optimize the support workflow
  • Conduct customer research and feedback analysis to inform product decisions
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to develop and launch new features and improvements
  • Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks to guide product investments
  • Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and retention
  • Experience with customer support software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing and subscription business models
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions
  • Experience with product development processes, including Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
