Purpose of the role:
Explore the whole spectrum of talent acquisition function through supporting the talent acquisition team for 3 months. As an intern, you'll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost and deliver the best talent.
Job Description:
1. Source top talents through a wide range of pipelines (Job portals, LinkedIn, Consultants)
2. Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
3. Lead Interviews
4. Liaise and build trust with hiring managers
5. Maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboard
6. Support the talent acquisition team in structuring the corporate culture
Requirements:
1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management
2. Great interpersonal and communication skills
3. Entrepreneur, self-starter, enthusiastic and team player
4. Agility, the ability to multitask in a start-up environment
5. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment will be a big plus
