About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives / In-Shop
Promoters to sell water purifiers on rental/subscription basis at retail outlets.
The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and
converting them into long-term subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers at the store and explain water purifier
rental/subscription plans
Clearly communicate benefits such as zero upfront cost, free maintenance,
and pure drinking water
Demonstrate product features and address customer queries confidently
Convert leads into successful subscriptions
Collect basic customer details and coordinate with backend teams for
installation
Maintain daily sales reports and customer interaction logs
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the demo unit at the shop
Work closely with store staff to maximize sales opportunities
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years experience as:
o In-shop promoter
o Retail sales executive
o Electronics / appliance sales (preferred)
Good communication skills (Kannada mandatory; basic English/Hindi
preferred)
Ability to explain subscription concepts clearly to customers
Sales-oriented mindset with hunger to earn incentives
Comfortable with standing and interacting with customers throughout the day
Skills Required:
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills
Basic understanding of water purifiers or willingness to learn
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Professional appearance and attitude
Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, forms, calls)
Working Hours:
6 days a week
As per store working hours (with weekly off)
