1) Technician hiring, training, and retraining as guidelines provided by the central team.
2) Conduct request audits by visiting customer location on the quality of technician work and digital audits as per Digital audit sop.
3) Evaluate technicians based on training and on field performance and submit reports monthly
4) Ensuring quality of job by proper analysis
5) Implementation & adherence of new SOP's
6) Solve technician field issues case by case, report repeated and unsolved cases to central ops and quality team.
7) Repeat jobs analysis, action items to be taken on training.
8) Spare cost optimization
