Key Responsibilities:
● In this role, you will be responsible for driving critical pivots around the overall
process of partnerships management. This role will involve:
● Keeping account of leads generated from B2B Channels.
● Assist customers with requests and explain the product and its benefits.
● Tracking and addressing the B2B customer query and trying to get it solved within
TAT.
● Taking care of B2B accounts, invoices, and the billing cycle.
● Coordinating with the internal and external teams and resolving the customer query.
● Work with senior stakeholders
● Communicate with customers if needed.
Skills:
● 1 year of minimum experience in high-growth operations
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact
in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
● Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
● Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
