What will you be doing?
Connect with customers who raise requests for device ownership transfer
Understand the customer’s journey and gather relevant details regarding the request
Deliver a “wow” customer experience by ensuring requests are resolved within the defined TAT
Identify opportunities and suggest strategies to reduce Ownership Transfer TAT based on customer feedback and journey insights
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s current promotions, policies, and processes to consistently meet or exceed goals
