Our Customer Refunds Executive plays a crucial part in the mission to deliver timely, accurate refunds against the customer's account and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
What will you be doing…
Provide help and advice to customers using DrinkPrime's protocols or services
Communicate courteously with customers
Handle customer’s complaints/inquiries or requests
Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery, finance, etc) for effective and fast issue resolution
What we need in you…
0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent written & spoken English communication skills
Strong sense of customer empathy
Experience in working on ticketing tools like - Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
Experienced in inbound/outbound Calls & Emails
Strong problem-solving skills
