Summary:
Our Rent to Own associate plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of the organisation by improving customer experience. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers.
What will you be doing...
• Connect with the lead who are interested in buying our purifier
• Understand customer’s requirement and provide a tailored quotation for purchasing our device
• Provide a hand holding to the customer through the journey of shifting from device renting to an owning model
• Develop strategies to increase the lead conversion
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s current promotions & processes necessary to meet or exceed the goals.
