Your Role:
As a Head - Partnership and Alliances, you are pivotal in acquiring Users/Traffic/Revenue via strategic partnership. This role focuses on potential partnerships with Banks, Brands, Institutions, Digital Intermediaries, Telecom, Online Retail, Online Platforms, and Utilities. Your primary objective is to manage company partnerships and alliances, driving growth in terms of users/revenue.
1. Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for identifying, engaging, and securing key partnerships.
2. Emphasize systematic outreach and nurture enduring relationships with targeted entities.
3. Collaboration Coordination: Serve as a liaison between our company and partners, facilitating seamless coordination with internal teams like Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to our partnership initiatives.
4. Market Alignment and Relationship Management: Stay attuned to industry trends to align our partnership strategies with market demands. Foster and deepen relationships with existing partners, exploring innovative pathways for growth and collaboration.
5. Deal Negotiation and Closure: Apply negotiation skills to finalize agreements that secure tangible benefits for our company, ensuring a balanced and productive partnership.
6. Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to align partnership strategies with overall market positioning and objectives.
PG with 5-7 years of experience in Alliances Marketing/Partnerships.
Proven track record of leading alliances and partnerships.
Strong communicator, sales-oriented, people manager, and comfortable with numbers.
Thorough understanding of Alliances in the Indian market with the ability to drive business independently.
