1. Strong understanding Products to carry out regular testing for incoming Finish Products & Non-conforming products to be returned and corrective action should be taken at vendor places.
2. Product Audit on Refurbishment production line.
3. Prepare and update quality reports and dashboards.
4. Field Visit to analysis customer issue & corrective action.
5. Supplier visit to resolve the design related issues at vendor place providing feedback to vendors.
6. Analyze field failures and provide improve product quality.
7. Identify and report defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
8. Participate in agile testing, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency improvement across products.
10.Trainee the customer service agents on quality procedures and product knowledge.
11. Provide feedback to agents for performance improvement.
