Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a Finance/Accounts Sr. Executive to assist the operations of the company on a daily basis
that includes Revenue working and reconciliation, Verification of Books of accounts, Passing month end
entries, Verifying Inter branch balances, GST and TDS return filing
Responsibilities:
1. Preparations of Financial statements as per Schedule III for all cities
2. Day to day reconciliation and review of books of accounts (Revenue, Expenses, Balance sheet Items)
3. Assistance in Monthly financial reporting like MIS, FAR, Cash Flow statement
4. Statutory filing and compliance - TDS, GST payments, working, and return filing
5. Maintaining the Books of Accounts regularly
6. Maintaining fixed asset register on a monthly basis
7. Supporting Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Due Diligences
8. Inventory Management and Inventory reporting
9. Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time
Requirements:
1. CA intermediate or B. Com or M. Com graduate with 3 to 5 years of work experience.
2. Exposure to accounting softwares like Zoho, inventory management systems and Powerbi
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
5. Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
