Job Summary:
The Brand Analyst (Consumer Insights) will support the brand strategy team by gathering, analysing and interpreting customer data to drive brand growth. This role involves utilizing a variety of research methodologies to understand consumer behaviors, trends, preferences, triggers and barriers. The insights generated will be used to inform marketing strategies, product development, and overall brand positioning.
This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Consumer Research
- Design and execute primary research studies including In-depth customer interviews and focus group discussions.
- Run brand health track to measure brand salience metrics like awareness, consideration, usage, NPS; and media behaviour studies to shape content & communication strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies like Usage & Attitude (U&A) studies, and Concept testing to gather deep insights into consumer preferences and behaviour.
- Conduct social media analysis for DrinkPrime and its competition, platform specific trend researches for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, and provide actionable insights to the brand & content strategy teams.
Insights & Analytics
- Develop and maintain consumer segmentation models to develop cohort specific actionable insights to make marketing efforts more effective.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations to communicate research findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Pre-requisites
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights & Analytics or a related field
- Mandatory skill: Primary customer research
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with data analysis & visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, presentation and data reporting skills
