About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations of the ProWater business. This role involves managing installations, vendor operations, service delivery, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution and rapid scale-up of water solutions across residential societies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
  • Own and manage complete operations of the ProWater business in Bangalore.
  • Ensure timely execution of installations and service delivery.
  • Monitor operational efficiency, quality standards, and turnaround time.
2. Vendor & Technician Management
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and field technicians.
  • Track performance, productivity, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Ensure adequate manpower availability for installations and services.
3. Project Execution (Installations)
  • Oversee labour work including piping, fitting, and on-ground execution.
  • Manage end-to-end installation of:
    • Central RO plants
    • Point-of-Use (POU) systems
  • Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
4. Service Operations
  • Manage servicing and maintenance for:
    • Central RO systems
    • Individual customer units
  • Ensure quick resolution of service requests and high customer satisfaction.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and Production teams.
  • Ensure timely material availability and technical support.
  • Drive faster launch of societies through effective coordination.
6. Scaling & Process Improvement
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and improve processes.
  • Implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in installation and service delivery.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or field execution roles.
  • Strong experience in managing vendors, technicians, and field teams.
  • Hands-on exposure to installation projects (piping, fitting, RO systems preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering background (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical).
  • Experience in water purification, RO systems, or infrastructure projects.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
