Purpose of the role: We are looking for people who are excellent at problem solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the supply chain of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying potential candidates through professional networks, and networking events.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
Conducting outreach to passive candidates and engaging them through various methods.
Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conducting initial screenings and interviews, both virtually and in person, to evaluate candidate suitability.
Assessing candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Building and maintaining strong relationships candidates.
Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
Promote the company brand and culture to attract quality talent.
