Requirements:
1. Visit customer sites get feedback and inspect quality issues analysis customer issue & corrective action.
2. Supplier visit to resolve the design related issues at vendor place providing feedback to vendors.
3. Analyze field failures and provide improve product quality.
4. Identify and report defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
5.Ensure that previous quality issues do not recur by verifying corrective actions in the field.
6.Prepare detailed field quality reports, test records, and inspection reports.
7.Maintain quality dossiers, certificates, and as-built documentation for client handover.
8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency across products.
9.Suggest field process improvements to reduce rework and improve quality.
10.Monitor subcontractor/supplier quality performance & Verify subcontractor quality documentation and certifications.
