About Role Overview:
At DrinkPrime, we are on a mission to revolutionize access to clean and safe drinking water. This challenging role focuses on developing and rapidly scaling a new customer acquisition model for both outright sales and subscriptions of our products. We are looking for a driven individual to build innovative channels, boost product sales, and expand our subscription model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new channels to drive product sales and subscription growth, ensuring rapid scale-up of partners in identified markets.
- Plan state-level team manning requirements and oversee onboarding, training, and skill-building of teams through rigorous process and outcome reviews.
- Implement ways of working: market norms, field force connect, Sales Force Automation, and dashboard use.
- Drive a high-performance culture through execution rigor and KPI reviews, including channel network growth, revenue (volume and value), customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute BTL activations based on market needs.
- Evaluate partner ROI and manage sales team and BTL expenses.
Ideal Experience and Competencies:
- Graduate from a reputed college with 20+ years of experience in managing sales, distribution networks, partners, and large teams.
- Should have worked in at least two states and in a mid/large organization.
- Multi-industry background; exposure to the water purifier industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing sales for large networks (franchisee/distribution) or retail/direct sales.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, self-starter.
